HIKETOP+

Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 2026-02-12

1. Introduction

Hiketop+ is committed to creating a safe environment for all users, with a special focus on protecting minors. This document outlines our standards, policies, and practices designed to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children.

2. Platform Rules Regarding CSAE

Hiketop+ strictly prohibits:

  • Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including AI-generated imagery depicting minors in sexual situations
  • Any sexual solicitation or grooming behavior directed at minors
  • Any content that sexualizes minors, including suggestive or partially clothed imagery of children
  • Sharing or requesting personal information of minors with intent to exploit
  • Any promotion, normalization, or glorification of child sexual abuse
  • Sextortion or any form of coercion targeting minors

Violation of these rules results in immediate and permanent account termination with no prior warning, along with reporting to relevant authorities including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

3. Enforcement and Detection

We employ multiple layers of protection:

  • Automated Detection: We use industry-standard hash-matching technologies (such as PhotoDNA and CSAI Match) and AI-based classifiers to proactively detect and prevent the upload of known CSAM and previously unidentified abusive material.
  • Human Review: Our trained content moderation team reviews flagged content and reports. Moderators receive specialized training on handling CSAE cases and are supported with wellness resources.
  • User Reporting: Every piece of content and every profile on Hiketop+ can be reported by users. Reports related to child safety are treated as highest priority and are reviewed promptly.
  • Account Actions: Accounts found violating our child safety standards are permanently banned. We retain relevant evidence and report it to law enforcement as required by applicable law.

4. Reporting and Response

If you encounter any content or behavior on Hiketop+ that may involve child exploitation:

  • In-App Reporting: Use the report function available on any content or profile to flag the material. Select the child safety category for prioritized review.
  • Email: Contact us directly at [email protected] for child safety concerns.
  • Law Enforcement: We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and respond to valid legal requests. We report all apparent instances of CSAM to NCMEC via their CyberTipline as required by U.S. law.

We aim to review and act on all child safety reports within 24 hours.
